REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We can refund your money if and only if you request for refund within 72 hours after you made payment and you later decided for any genuine reason not to have the item(s) you ordered. Any request for refund or return of any purchased item that comes to us after 72 hours when the payment was initially made will neither be considered nor attended to.
Your reason for requesting a refund or returning any item you purchased from us must be authentic, honest, transparent and understandable for us to accept such request as we would not want customers to start taking advantage or misusing this privilege.
For any item you purchased from us which was in good shape and conditions when we handed/delivered it or shipped it to you, if you intend to return it back to us for refund or to change for another item of your choice, make sure you are bringing it back while still intact in the same good shape and conditions.

Important Note: Refund of money may take days or weeks or even a month to complete depending on how fast the financial banks or payment processors would respond to us and facilitate such actions when we initiate for such transaction.
